Cancellation and Refunds

• To receive a refund, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, please let us know why, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• To cancel or reschedule, email us at support-team@peterbyrom.co.uk or calling our office at 0114 233 1800.

Missed Appointments

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Refund Processing

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support-team@peterbyrom.co.uk
