Peter Byrom – Audiologist and Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser

BSc (Hons) Audiology (First Class) | FdSc Hearing Aid Audiology (Distinction) | Microsuction Certified – Aston University
I’ve worked in private audiology for over six years, helping clients improve their hearing and overall quality of life. Audiology is more than sound—it's about helping people reconnect with their world and relationships.
I hold a First-Class BSc in Audiology, a Distinction in Hearing Aid Audiology, and a Microsuction certification from Aston University. I’m also studying for a Master’s in Psychology to better support tinnitus patients.
I have represented the WEST (Women in Engineering, Science and Technology) charity to encourage young women into careers and supported Hear Care Assistants and Speech and Language therapy students in training. Outside work, I enjoy cooking with friends, playing badminton, live music, and time with my two Chihuahuas, Penny and Peanut.
Nicole Vasey – Audiologist and Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser

BSc (Hons) Psychology | Qualified Hearing Care Assistant
Originally from Manchester; I’ve been part of the team since October 2024 as the Office Manager, using my strong background in administration and customer service to provide support to both the clinicians and our clients.
With this experience within the audiology world, I was keen to develop my skills and hone in on the idea of providing an exceptional service and care in a welcoming environment - this led me to qualify as a Hearing Care Assistant in July 2025 through The Audiology Academy. I’ve seen first hand how our services such as wax removals can make a real difference and I am pleased to be part of that experience.
When I’m not at work I enjoy attempting to cook new dishes, attending commercial style dance classes, keeping active and reading thriller books.
Chloe Chan – Hearing Care Assistant and Office Manager

I hold a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and have strong experience in customer service and administrative support. Having recently joined the team, I am passionate about creating positive experiences for both clients and colleagues. My role is to support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Always eager to learn and grow, I enjoy being part of a hardworking team committed to making a meaningful difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and love exploring nature.
